Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy explains how Vantex Labz handles orders for research-use-only peptide products, including final sale terms, damaged shipments, incorrect items, and limited support review cases.
1. Policy Overview
All peptide product sales on Vantex Labz are final once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered.
Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only peptide products, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds for delivered products. Limited exceptions may only be reviewed in cases involving damaged shipments, incorrect items, missing items, or confirmed carrier-related delivery issues.
2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
Peptide products are not eligible for return once an order has been fulfilled, shipped, or delivered.
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- All peptide products, including unopened, opened, altered, or used items
- Products that have left our controlled handling and shipping process
- Products not stored under appropriate conditions after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on change of decision, personal preference, or accidental purchase
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, cancellation or return requests may not be approved.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or is missing an item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with a faster review, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing the outer and inner packaging condition
- Photos of the affected peptide product(s), vial(s), or item(s)
After review, Vantex Labz may offer a replacement, reshipment, or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are not provided for standard delivered peptide orders.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, we will review tracking details and carrier updates before taking further action.
If a package is reasonably confirmed as lost before delivery, Vantex Labz may review the case for reshipment or store credit, depending on the shipment status and carrier findings.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect address details, customs, holidays, or high shipping volume do not automatically qualify for refund, replacement, or compensation.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be reviewed for possible changes. Once an order has been packed, prepared, or dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Refund Timing
Vantex Labz does not offer refunds for peptide products once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
In the rare event that a refund is approved by Vantex Labz, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
7. How to Request Support
To submit a support request, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant images, package photos, product photos, or tracking details
8. Policy Updates
Vantex Labz reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
